It has long been our philosophy at AG Salesworks to create an enjoyable work environment. We have done a great job, and continue to work toward finding ways to enjoy ourselves while striving for excellence.
Yesterday was our first of what will be a monthly company event. Given the fact that we crushed our customer’s goals last month, we decided to treat the entire team to a Red Sox game. We got our work done and cut out a little early to spend what turned out to be a beautiful evening at Fenway Park.

In leiu of recent events here in Boston, I think it makes sense to skip this week’s share post and instead focus on the victims of this week’s tragedy. Our CEO, Paul Alves, posted earlier this week about the struggle between good and evil and we mentioned a local organization, TUGG (Technology Underwriting Greater Good) who had begun a fundraiser supporting the local victims and families. I wanted to take this opportunity to mention again this great cause as well as invite any of our readers who want to donate to do so. There has been overwhelming support generated and a great sense of community established in this wonderful city many of us call home. Though our community has been rocked by the events that have unfolded, we have created an even stronger bond and sense of resilience that two men alone can not and will not break.

In the wake of recent events, we have again been reminded of the fact that evil exists. As a Father and husband, my heart breaks for the mother who woke today having her family shattered beyond comprehension at the hands of unspeakable evil. As I reflect and mourn for the innocent children and families who started the day with great excitement and happiness, only to have the darkness of evil enter their lives in the most disturbing way, I see the bright side of humanity as well. The heroes, from the first responders to the volunteers, to the bystanders who came to the aid of those in need speaks to the basic human desire to help and love others.
Good wins over evil every time.

When you walk through the doors of AG the first thing you will see is Kevin’s smiling face waiting to welcome you. He came to AG 3 years ago after graduating from UMass Amherst with a degree in Marketing and a minor in IT. Kevin is a huge Boston sports fan and loves going to the Celtics and Sox games. Anyone who knows Kevin understands that his favorite thing in the world is his Bengal cat KiiKii (not his wifey), who frequently stars in LOLcat images created by Kevin.
Words can’t properly describe what a character Kevin is, so instead here are some pictures that might help…
